School is second only to home as the place that shapes the existence of youth. It structures their days. It gives them the tools and training to succeed. And, of paramount importance to them, it’s the place where they get to spend the most time with their friends.
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted school-life dramatically, kids’ lives were disrupted just as dramatically, perhaps even more so.
KidSay spent the past two months talking to teachers, kids and moms specifically about how that disruption to school is affecting their lives. This report will explore those effects, including:
